THE ROLE OF VILLAGE GOVERNMENT IN IMPROVING PUBLIC WELFARE THROUGH THE VILLAGE FUND PROGRAM

Abstract

The village government as a state institution has the right to guarantee the implementation of community rights. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages states that village governments are tasked with administering government, implementing development, developing communities, and empowering communities to realize the welfare of village communities. Village Funds are a government program that aims to support the creation of welfare for village communities. As a government organization, the village government plays an active role in improving community welfare.
